About Coach Lindsey Sanders

Coaching Philosophy

I believe effective training begins with discipline and intent. Strength, speed, and conditioning are important, but they must be developed safely, progressively, and with purpose.

Proper movement and technique

Consistency

Accountability on and off the field

Training that supports performance longevity

Every athlete is trained with the understanding that preparation carries over into competition, academics, and life beyond sports.

Playing & Educational Background

I am a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University and a proud Grambling State University 2001 Signee. My playing background provided firsthand experience with the next level on being a student-athlete.

This foundation was built on mistakes and opportunities, which shaped how I coach, teach, and mentor athletes today.
