A former student‑athlete whose journey was shaped by both opportunity and immaturity, I now use my experience to guide athletes toward discipline, accountability, and long‑term development. My story is the foundation of the standards I coach with today.
Coaching Philosophy
Where Experience, Discipline, and Performance Meet
With 17 years of high school coaching experience the approach is simple: discipline first, development second, performance third. Athletes learn how to train the right way, how to prepare mentally, and how to carry themselves with professionalism on and off the field. This is training built on honesty, structure, and real expectations. My background as a Defensive Coordinator, Linebackers Coach and Track & Field Coach all shape the training approach that focuses on fundamentals, accountability, and long-term development.
Strength & Conditioning
Comprehensive training focused on strength development, speed, agility, conditioning, and injury prevention. Programs are built with long-term athlete development in mind and scaled appropriately for each athlete’s age and ability level.
Team & Group Training
Structured sessions for teams, small groups, or position units. Ideal for off-season development, in-season maintenance, or supplemental training to support school programs
Fitness Bootcamp
A high-energy group training option designed for individuals focused on personal health, strength, and overall fitness. Sessions emphasize functional movement, conditioning, and consistency in a supportive, structured environment—ideal for all fitness levels.
Linebacker Development
Position-specific training centered on linebacker fundamentals, including footwork, pursuit angles, tackling mechanics, block shedding, and football IQ. Training reflects real game experience and defensive coaching principles..
